- S03E18Shattered (1)During the rescue of three teens trapped on a reef, Mitch severely injures his spine after a huge wave forces him into a rock. His doctor reports that he may be a paraplegic for life. Mitch goes to a recovery hospital where he befriends Jason, a disabled 10-year-old boy soon revealed to be a murder witness in a relocation program. Hobie, Stephanie, and Sophie, his physical therapist, rally to repair his shattered life. Meanwhile, the hitman Riddick and a drug kingpin arrive in town to kill Jason before he can testify against the gangsters responsible for the murder he witnessed.
