The service
Streaming Calendar (streamingcalendar.tv) tracks release dates of TV shows across streaming services. It is operated by Redwoods Jakub Warchoł, Wrocław, Poland ("we"). Questions: hello@streamingcalendar.tv. Using the site means you accept these terms; if you don't, don't use it.
Free and Pro
The calendar is free, up to 30 followed shows. Pro is a paid subscription: $3/month or $19/year (charged as £3/£19 or €3/€19 where that's your local currency). It adds unlimited follows, release alerts, viewing stats and AI recommendations. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Prices may change: never mid-term, and always announced before your next renewal.
Trial, renewal, cancellation
Pro starts with a 30-day free trial; a card is required up front, and the first charge happens when the trial ends. You'll get a reminder email about a week before that. The subscription renews automatically, monthly or yearly, whichever you picked, until you cancel. Cancel anytime via "Manage subscription" on your profile: you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for (or until the trial ends, if you cancel during it), and you're not charged again.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
If you're an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you subscribe. Since the first 30 days are free, withdrawing in that window costs nothing: cancelling the trial is the same thing. After a charge, if something went wrong (you meant to cancel, a duplicate charge, the service failed you), email us. We'd rather refund than argue. Beyond that, refunds for already-elapsed subscription time are at our discretion, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
Fair use
The service, including the iCal feed and data export, is for your personal use. Don't scrape the site at scale, resell access, or attack it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, never casually, and we'll tell you why.
The data on the calendar
Schedule and availability data comes from public sources (TVmaze, Wikipedia) and licensed providers, on a best-effort basis. Dates change. That's half the reason this site exists, and we can't guarantee accuracy or completeness. We are not affiliated with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max or any other streaming service named on the site. The service is provided as-is; to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending or changing things
You can stop using the service anytime. Your data can be exported and deleted as described in the privacy policy. We may change features or these terms; for changes that matter to paying subscribers we'll give notice before they apply. If we ever discontinue the service, active subscriptions get the unused portion refunded.
Law
Polish law governs these terms. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away protections you have under the law of the country you live in.
