Short, because there's little to disclose

What we store
One essential cookie holding a random device id: no name, no fingerprinting, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts. Attached to that id we keep what the product needs to work: the shows you follow, what you've marked watched, your timezone/region, your spoiler setting, your notification preferences, and any availability corrections you report, plus the page views and app screens our own analytics counts. If you save your calendar to an email, we store that email address and link your devices to it. If you sign in with Apple in the iPhone app, we store the user id Apple assigns us for you and the email Apple shares (your own or a Hide My Email relay address), plus a token used only to end that sign-in with Apple if you delete your account. If you turn on push alerts in the iPhone app, we store the device token Apple's push service needs to reach that phone; it is deleted when you switch push off. If you subscribe to Pro, we additionally store your subscription's status and, for Pro bought on the website, a Stripe customer id. That's the complete list.
Analytics
We count page views and app screens with our own analytics, running on our server. No third-party scripts, no advertising ids. Events carry your device id, so they are linked to your calendar.
Payments
Pro bought on the website is processed by Stripe. Pro bought in the iPhone app is processed by Apple; we only learn the subscription's status, never your card or Apple ID. Stripe collects your card details and billing information directly. They never touch our server. Stripe also sends the billing emails (receipts, trial-ending reminders, failed-payment notices) and processes your data as described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your data, run ads, use third-party analytics, or send marketing email. The email we do send is what you asked for: sign-in links, a welcome note when you subscribe, and, only if you turn them on, release alerts and digests. Those are delivered via Resend (our email provider), which processes your address for that purpose only. Push alerts to the iPhone app go through Apple's push service, which sees the device token and the alert text and nothing else about you.
Where it lives
On our server in Germany (Hetzner, Falkenstein), with nightly encrypted backups. TV metadata is fetched from TVmaze; show poster images load from TVmaze's image host, which sees your IP address like any image host does.
Your data, your controls
Export everything anytime at /api/v1/export. It's a complete JSON copy. To delete your data, email hello@streamingcalendar.tv from the address on your account (or include your export so we can find your device id) and we'll remove it. Clearing the cookie without an account also orphans the data, which we prune periodically.

The service is operated by Redwoods Jakub Warchoł, Wrocław, Poland. For GDPR purposes the legal basis for processing is the performance of the service you're using (Art. 6(1)(b)). Questions or requests: hello@streamingcalendar.tv.
