After agreeing they want to know the baby's gender, Daniel must confirm the grim echo finding: Chloe isn't pregnant after all. By the time Carly arrives with Hope's gun, Vivian has lured Melanie to the balcony to push her to her death, and in the struggle Carly shoots her daughter, apparently fatally.
