When they approach, Pikachu, Luxio and Dedenne start acting strangely and head towards the plant. When they reach it they learn that Team Rocket have got a plot in the Power Plant where they are taking control of Electric-type Pokémon. Will Ash & Co. manage to stop Team Rocket and rescue the Electric-type Pokémon?
