They meet up with Suzy and go to have lunch with her. She says that she will be entering a beauty contest and she wants to use Vulpix, and she wants Brock to enter with her. However, he has a little competition from Suzy's close friend Zane. Meanwhile, Team Rocket is planning on crashing the ceremony and stealing all of the pokemon.
