All of a sudden a man named Simon appears and starts talking to Pikachu in pokemon language! He takes them to his rest stop to heal Pikachu. Officer Jenny shows up and claims that Simon is swindling money from trainers. Ash, Misty, and Brock then set out to prove his innocence.
