But while they're gone, Wheeljack and Elita-1 are forced into a dangerous showdown across the Ocean Region with their old enemy Sky-Byte. What begins as a high-speed marine race quickly turns personal as rivalries reignite and the battle for revenge takes over. Only one side is making it out on top.
