The come across a very athletic Nurse Joy who travels to nearby islands and helps Pokemon, and decide to follow her as she makes her rounds. Then, a huge storm hits while Nurse Joy is heading to another island, and Ash, Misty, and Tracey decide that they must help her stay safe in the storm and still help all the sick baby Seel.
S02E13Navel Maneuvers22mAsh finally arrives on Navel Island for his second Gym Battle. On the island, they meet Danny, the gym leader. Like the previous gym, Danny's gym is run a little differently. Instead of a battle Ash must complete a few tests. The first one involves climbing up the mountain in the center of the island. Despite having a tough time, Ash makes it to the top. Now comes the real challenge. Ash must freeze a geyser, and use it to slide back down the mountain before Danny in order to win his badge.
