The signature challenge is an elegant and challenging bake with a lot of delicate layers, while the technical round will test the bakers' ability to pull off delicate assembly and precise decoration. Finally, for the Showstopper, they must create a spherical celebration cake. Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood are on hand to taste the results - and decide who will be crowned Star Baker and who will be leaving the tent this week.
