Is it for me?
A light, stylish mystery for people new to Christie, and not for purists who want the book on screen. Mia McKenna-Bruce plays Bundle as all energy, and Martin Freeman's Superintendent Battle answers with steady, measured patience, so their clashes carry the scenes. The prank itself is a bedroom packed with ringing alarm clocks, and that ticking comes back as the story darkens.
Before you start
The first episode spends its time on the party and Bundle's bond with Gerry before the mystery takes over, so give it a little patience.
1 season, 3 episodes, 54 min each, about 3 hours so far
