Is it for me?
Horror fans who want gore played as slapstick, and who already love the Evil Dead films, will be happy within minutes. Severed limbs and impalings look practical and land as jokes. Bruce Campbell plays Ash as a vain man who cannot stop talking while he swings. Dana DeLorenzo's Kelly punctures his ego every time, even at a family dinner Ash and Pablo crash.
Before you start
Half-hour episodes move fast from the pilot; the first season keeps a small cast, and the second widens it and adds new locations.
3 seasons, 30 episodes, 30 min each, about 15 hours so far
