Is it for me?
A misty small-town thriller for people who would rather watch neighbors fight than wait for the monster. Josh Hartnett plays Calvin as a stoic, weathered father, and the town meeting over a resettlement payout, where the approval threshold gets lowered mid-argument, holds as much tension as any attack. The humor is dry and dark, and the water is cold and still.
Before you start
It is one story, so watch in order; the creature appears in only a few set pieces, and family and town conflict fill the rest.
1 season, 6 episodes, 40 min each, about 4 hours so far
