Season 2, Episode 6 of Best Medicine airs on Tuesday, 3 November 2026 at 8pm ET on Hulu.Is it for me?
A gentle, dry comedy for people who like a grumpy, deadpan lead more than big medical stakes. Martin faints at the sight of a scraped knee in the supermarket, and Josh Charles plays the embarrassment with a flat stare and very little else. Abigail Spencer keeps a skeptical calm beside him, and the weekly cases stay light enough to be pleasant company.
Before you start
Each episode closes its own medical case or town mishap, while a slower thread about the lead's past builds underneath.
2 seasons, 18 episodes, 60 min each, about 18 hours so far
