Boston Blue

A comfortable case-of-the-week cop show for viewers who like their crime wrapped up before the credits and a big family waiting at the end of it. Danny and Lena trade the nicknames Beantown and Brooklyn while they work. Donnie Wahlberg brings his New York swagger, and Sonequa Martin-Green matches him joke for joke. Then the Silvers sit down to a shared dinner and talk the week over.

Each episode is its own case with a family thread alongside, so you can miss one and still follow the next.
