Is it for me?
Mystery fans who want grief and neighbours rather than car chases will settle in here. The camera lingers on sunlit cliffs under a haunting score. The dead boy's mother falls apart while his father stays strangely calm, and suddenly everyone is a suspect. David Tennant drops his charm to play Hardy sour and blunt, and Olivia Colman's trusting warmth makes that sting.
