Daemons of the Shadow Realm

Fullmetal Alchemist fans who can handle more blood, and a tone that swerves, will feel at home. The monsters have creepy, toothy designs and the fights are violent, then the next scene turns goofy. Yuru and his two Daemon companions stumble through a far more advanced world like confused tourists, and those fish-out-of-water scenes break up the battles.

The first episode runs fast and packed, then the show slows down to set up its characters and world.
