Fans of workplace sitcoms who like a cast of oddballs more than sharp satire will be comfortable here. A whiteboard in the office counts the days since the last near-fatal incident, and Barbara keeps getting small facts wrong, like the name of the state capital. Tim Meadows holds it together by barely reacting to any of this.

Each episode is a self-contained office problem, so you can start anywhere, though a slow romance between two coworkers builds across the season.
