Next season
Season 6announced, no date yet
2027, Weekly, 10 episodes, last aired Fri, 29 May 2026
Is it for me?
Space-race buffs who like to ask what if will find the history here familiar and wrong. Joel Kinnaman plays the astronaut as a guarded man who gets in trouble for talking too frankly to a reporter. Margo Madison keeps a cot hidden in her office. Real figures like Wernher von Braun share scenes with invented ones, so you never know where the story goes.
Before you start
The first few episodes lean on 1960s NASA procedure before the personal stories take hold, so give it until about episode four.
5 seasons, 50 episodes, 59 min each, about 49 hours so far
