Is it for me?
Heavy British crime drama for viewers who want the human fallout rather than a puzzle, since the culprit is known from the start. Alfie Allen plays Rick as warm and polished, and that friendly public face is what makes him frightening. The family does not report Lily missing until the next morning, and the police search that follows gets nowhere.
Before you start
Early episodes cut between Lily's captivity and the family at home with big time jumps, then the focus moves to the aftermath.
1 season, 6 episodes, 50 min each, about 5 hours so far
