Season 28, Episode 9 of Gogglebox airs on Friday, 30 October 2026 at 9pm UK time on Channel 4.Is it for me?
People who talk back to the telly will enjoy hearing other households do it. Most of the fun comes when an awkward scene gets a squirm from one house, a groan from the next and a wisecrack from a third. A dry narrator slips in the odd aside, and the snacks and bickering do the rest.
Before you start
Every episode follows the same pattern, so you can start anywhere, though the households change over the years.
