Is it for me?
A cosy mystery for people who want banter and a sharp-tongued older woman more than a hard puzzle. Jane Seymour plays Harry crude-joking and unfiltered, with a whisky in hand, and the murders sit lightly beside the laughs. Early on she reads her son's case files and finds a link to an Elizabethan play, so the literature background earns its keep.

Each episode brings a fresh case, so you can dip in anywhere; the central partnership carries across the season.
