Is it for me?
Mystery fans who don't mind a family soap running through it will have a good time, because the show is happy to be a little absurd about its own puzzle. The strange events share space with scenes like Michaela finding out her old fiance Jared is now married to her best friend, and those hurt as much as anything unexplained. People who want self-contained cases should look elsewhere.
Before you start
The mystery runs across every season, and the middle seasons keep adding questions faster than they answer them.
4 seasons, 62 episodes, 56 min each, about 58 hours so far
