Is it for me?
A crime show for viewers who like Justified but want it smaller and drier. Ray takes the blame for a mate and gets an unflattering nickname for his loyalty. Scott Ryan plays him blunt, with a shaved head and a wry smirk. His talks with Gary, whose blunders keep dumping new problems on him, are where the laughs come from. Scenes with his daughter Britt soften the violence.
Before you start
Episodes run half an hour and play as small everyday scenes, so the first couple can feel slight before the pattern clicks.
3 seasons, 26 episodes, 30 min each, about 14 hours so far
