Season 2announced, no date yet
March 2027, Weekly, 10 episodes, last aired Thu, 12 Mar 2026
Is it for me?
Teen school drama with a starship budget, for viewers who can take roommate pranks alongside the ship fights. Holly Hunter plays the Chancellor folksy and relaxed, lounging on furniture while still running the place. Sam, a hologram cadet who meets everything with childlike enthusiasm, shows how warm and jokey it gets. Trek knowledge is not required.
Before you start
Early episodes lean on school drama and spend time introducing a big cast, with the longer story building underneath, so give them room.
1 season, 10 episodes, 62 min each, about 10 hours so far
