Is it for me?
Wry sci-fi for people who still miss the Stargate SG-1 banter and want a bigger, stranger map to wander. David Hewlett's McKay complains his way through every crisis, while Joe Flanigan's Sheppard answers with a shrug and a dry one-liner. In one early story McKay tests a personal shield he cannot easily switch off, and the mess that follows is typical of him.
Before you start
Season one is slow to settle in, with mostly standalone adventures and a longer Wraith thread; give it a few episodes.
5 seasons, 100 episodes, 60 min each, about 100 hours so far
