Is it for me?
Cozy small-town comfort viewing for people who want lakes and a slow-building romance more than suspense. Maggie uses her surgeon's training to help an older neighbour who has fallen. Morgan Kohan plays Maggie prickly and confident, and Scott Patterson gives Sully's gruff kindness real weight. The writing is stiff in places; the neighbours make up for it.
Before you start
The romance and family threads run across every season, broken up by town incidents such as rescues and medical emergencies.
4 seasons, 40 episodes, 60 min each, about 40 hours so far
