Is it for me?
Superhero fans who want a hero that enjoys the job, closer to The Flash than anything grim, will settle in fast. Melissa Benoist grins mid-flight like she means it, and Calista Flockhart gives the boss sharp, funny lines, including the day she names Kara Supergirl. The early villains are thin, but the cast plays it so warmly that the weekly rescues stay easy to return to.
Before you start
The first season takes a few episodes to settle into its weekly rhythm.
6 seasons, 126 episodes, 60 min each, about 126 hours so far
