Season 39, Episode 6 of The Amazing Race airs on Wednesday, 28 October 2026 at 9.30pm ET on Paramount+.Is it for me?
Armchair travelers who like watching ordinary people puzzle through unfamiliar cities will be happy here. In a Roadblock only one partner attempts the task, so a pair has to decide on the spot who goes. A Detour offers two options, and teams that pick badly can switch. The last to reach the Pit Stop mat is usually out.
Before you start
Every season is a separate race with a new set of teams, so pick any one; the leg-by-leg routine barely changes from year to year.
