Is it for me?
Viewers who like a big neighborhood ensemble, with jokes and heartbreak sharing the same block, will settle in fast. Kevin and his friends trade easy banter. Jacob Latimore brings most of the laughs as Emmett, and Jason Mitchell carries the heavier scenes as Brandon.

The first season is the most tightly plotted; around the third it turns soapier and the cast keeps rotating, so decide there whether to continue.
