Is it for me?
This dark crime thriller suits viewers who like their Nordic noir grim, here set in an English city. Eve Myles plays Jeanette as blunt and relentless, and Katherine Kelly gives Sophia a composed calm. Early on, Jeanette seeks insight from Sophia, the therapist of a dentist already in custody.
Before you start
Season one is a single continuous investigation rather than a case a week, so it works best in a few long sittings.
2 seasons, 12 episodes, 48 min each, about 10 hours so far
