Is it for me?
A thoughtful whodunit for people who prefer a damaged, stubborn lead and a small-town cast to anything gritty or fast. Craig McLachlan plays Blake as a drinker who bends the rules, and he will swallow illicit pills himself to learn what is in them. Joel Tobeck's police chief keeps grabbing the obvious suspect while Blake looks further.
Before you start
Every episode closes its own murder case, while Blake's household and the town's relationships develop a little each season, so start at the beginning.
5 seasons, 44 episodes, 60 min each, about 44 hours so far
