Is it for me?
Patient sci-fi viewers who like piecing clues together over a full season will settle in, and so will Battlestar Galactica fans. Thomas Jane plays Miller like a worn-down noir detective, and the show treats vacuum and thrust as real dangers. Shohreh Aghdashloo, as the Earth politician Avasarala, holds the political scenes together.
Before you start
The first few episodes throw slang and factions at you with little explanation, and it clicks around episode 4 or 5, so stay with it.
6 seasons, 62 episodes, 55 min each, about 57 hours so far
