Is it for me?
Mystery fans who would rather sit with grief than collect answers will stay with it. In a laundromat, a mother is mildly annoyed one moment and the next her baby is gone, and the show never lets that feeling leave. Justin Theroux plays Kevin as a man who loves his kids and cannot reach them, and Amy Brenneman makes Laurie's silence hard to be near.
Before you start
Season one is the slowest and bleakest stretch, so give it time; season two moves to a new town.
3 seasons, 28 episodes, 60 min each, about 28 hours so far
