Is it for me?
Slow-burn crime drama for people who would rather watch a case being built than solved; it has the patience of a documentary. Early on, the lawyer tells Naz to stop explaining himself and stay silent, and the show keeps returning to how little a scared kid's honesty helps him. Turturro plays Stone as shabby and tired, and Bill Camp's Detective Box works methodically.
Before you start
The middle episodes slow down a lot, and the trial in the last stretch picks the pace back up, so give it room.
1 season, 8 episodes, 60 min each, about 9 hours so far
