Is it for me?
Horror fans who care more about the people than the gore will stay. The camera spends as much time on a group arguing over who to trust as on the dead, and it plays everything straight, no winking. In one early scene, Rick and Glenn smear themselves with walker remains to cross a street full of them, and every slow step could give them away.
Before you start
Every episode picks up from the last, and seasons 7 and 8 slow down.
11 seasons, 177 episodes, 62 min each, about 183 hours so far
