Unforgettable

Viewers who like a tidy murder mystery and a bit of bickering will settle in. Poppy Montgomery goes distant and absorbed when Carrie revisits a memory, and her childhood ones play in a washed-out blur against the sharp present. In one case she coaxes a young boy who saw his parents killed into naming the killer, while Dylan Walsh's Al keeps bristling at her.

Nearly every episode opens and closes its own murder, so you can start anywhere; the sister storyline only comes up now and then.
