Widow's Bay

A horror comedy for people who like spooky stories but skip the gore. Early on, the mayor runs into a game called Teeth with pliers inside, and the jokes land faster than the scares. Matthew Rhys plays him as a flustered straight man, and Kate O'Flynn is awkward and funny as Patricia.

Each episode has its own haunting, so they mostly stand alone; the early ones are leisurely, and the island-wide mystery tightens later in the season.
